The concept of the project is based on comfort and elegance. The Residential Compound is situated in the Northern area of Bucharest, in Tunari, near Cretulescu Lake, at about 12 km from Otopeni International Airport and near A3 Bucuresti – Ploiesti highway. The buildings are placed near the largest residential complex Cosmopolis, inhabited by 4500 residents, which is constantly growing .

   The project will be the highest residential complex in the area. The 15 story high buildings will have 600 apartments, with a total of 55 000 sqm (from 1st floor to 15th floor) and a commercial area on the ground floor with a total of 4 800 sqm. The compound will be surrounded by green areas and pedestrian circulation on 12 900 sqm and a roof garden over the ground floor. The outdoor parking is around 2 600 sqm and the underground parking is developed on three floors with a total of 21 000 sqm of parking and technical spaces.
