The proposed building is situated in the Northern part of Bucharest, in Pipera area, in a residential neighborhood . The building is situated on a 1240 sqm site, with an opening at only one street (Soseaua Pipera – Tunari) .

    The project has a built surface of 3000 sqm with a semi basement for the parking and technical area (530 sqm), a commercial ground floor (650 sqm) and a living area at the first, second and third floor (1740 sqm).

   The façade design presents loggias and balconies which have stone and wood finishesThere are three registers: the ground floor is neutral because there are used only glass panels, the first and second floor presents loggias and balconies and the third floor is withdrawn from the façade to make room for generous terraces .
