   The concept of the “Towers Resort” is based on comfort and elegance. The Residential Compound is situated in the Northern area of Bucharest, in Tunari, near Cretulescu Lake, at about 12 km from Otopeni International Airport and near A3 Bucuresti – Ploiesti highway. “Towers Resort” is placed near the largest residential complex Cosmopolis, inhabited by 4500 residents, which is constantly growing .

     The project will be the highest residential complex in the area. The 15 story high buildings will have 689 apartments, with a total of 60 000 sqm (from 1st floor to 15th floor) and a commercial area on the ground floor with a total of 4 800 sqm.
