      The residential compound is situated in Doha, the capital of Qatar, on a site near the airport, measuring 3 300 square meters with an opening at three streets.

The project is a concept which presents two collective buildings with a commercial area on the ground and the first floor.

   The built area is 34 000 square meters consisting of: 154 apartments with 2-3 rooms, 9 shops and 202 parking spots. The volumetric composition reflects the maximal built on this area.

   The two building are surrounded by continuous and curved balconies , with different depths. Viewed from down to up , the façade recalls the curves described by the sand dunes.
