The designed building is situated in the Northern area of Bucharest, south of Romania. The site has 8000 square meters and the building is 15 story high, the highest building in the area, with a built surface of 20 000 square meters.

  The proposed building is an “Y” shaped tower with a central structural node, which services the vertical circulation, and three arms with 3 to 4 apartments each. The spaces are distributed as follow: the first basement is for parking, the second one and the semi-basement are for entertainment and pool area, the commercial area is situated on the ground floor and the living area is from the 1st floor to the 15th.
