The Residential neighborhood is situated in Chiajna area, west of Bucharest. This project presents a concept of urban planning on a 100 000 square meters site and a 120 000 square meters of built area , with a height regime of maximum 6 stories.

   Half of the site surface is for green spaces and one third for car and pedestrian traffic. The main idea of this project is to create a common platform which connects all the buildings . Under this platform is a semi-basements with the parking area . The main entrances in the building are made from this platform which is covered with greenery on 80% of the surface.

  The main areas are: living – 1500 apartments, commercial and entertainment areas.
