URBAN PLANNING

   The Masterplan is designed in Peru. This project presents a concept of urban planning on a 140 000 square meters site and a 300 000 square meters of built area , with a height regime of maximum 10 stories.

      Half of the site surface is for green spaces and one third for car and pedestrian traffic. The main areas are: living , commercial, office and entertainment areas.
